He obtained his medical degree in 2003 and he completed the residency program in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in 2007, both in the University of Bologna. In 2012 he obtained the certification of Fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He is associate Professor of the University of Bologna of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, since 2022. Currently he is Director of the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department of Ravenna, AUSL Romagna.
He carries out his research activity in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, focusing on otologic surgery, lateral skull base surgery, facial nerve surgery and facial palsy reanimation.
